How quickly can you give me a quote?
Most quotes go out shortly after a site visit. For smaller jobs we can often give you a ballpark over the phone before we even come out.
What happens when my alarm goes off at 2am?
Our central station contacts you immediately, then dispatches police or fire if needed. You can give us a list of contacts to try before emergency services are called. That’s entirely up to you.
Can you service a system another company installed?
Yes. We service systems of every size and can take over monitoring and maintenance on existing equipment. We specialize in repairing systems that other companies said had to be replaced.
Do you still support POTS phone lines?
We can, but we’d rather get you off them. Copper lines are being retired and rates keep climbing, so we replace failing POTS lines with robust, NFPA 72-approved cellular communicators.
